[IRCA] Too many Reloj!

On 950 at 0825Z 12/16, two Cuban Radio Reloj stations were heard at 
equal level producing an interesting affect. Offset by 1/4-1/2 second, 
the ticks, beeps and RR code, jumbled up delightfully.  Seems the 
stations can't keep their own time, instead getting it distributed from 
the People's Central Time Ticking Bureau.  Ain't Communism great?  Not!

Heard on my nifty Tivoli PAL, sitting outside on a  pleasant south 
Florida winter evening.
