1413 has never been heard here Bruce; not even on the list of carriers.

So far this evening, the best has been some male 
mumbling on 1215 at 0116UT, and some other male 
mumbling on 1386 at 0231UT.  The 1575  Buzzah, 
howevah, has quite strong at times.
