I suspect it's 2 stations. I can find nothing pairing those two frequencies and I think it unlikely that someone would run English on FM and Spanish on AM and cross promote. The Radio Pandora/Bandeja sounds like a Pandora internet music channel ?

While in Newfoundland I heard a partial ID of one or possibly two stations:
"... on 90.1 FM (English) ...
... lugarlo, once noventa AM, Radio Pandora/Bendeja". (Spanish)
So my first question, who is simulcasting 1190 and 90.1? I thought maybe
Puerto Rico WBMJ, but their web page indicates 104.1 is the translator.
Any ideas? Thanks.
