[IRCA] TA 24 Nov Victoria version.

Yes, this is what was heard last night, 24 Nov.   Tonight  was not as interesting, though still lots of carriers, and 1215 grunged away about level with the splatter a number of times through the evening, and 1386 had the familiar Russian sounding male voice.

531 Algeria?  man talking, Arabic sound just before 0600UT, but too poor to be sure; also lively pop music 0518-20UT, poor to fair.   Couldn't check web stream, as these were gleaned from recordings.

855 RNE1 fair to good, woman talking Spanish to another woman on the phone 0323-4UT; ID'd later //1107

909 woman talking, English intonation 0209 and 0212UT, poor in splatter

1107 RNE5  woman talking, poor strength but //855, 0539UT

1215 rock music 0404UT, strongest level of the evening, but still poor to fair at best
