Just streamed WEUP's audio for about 10 minutes.  Black gospel music and local ads.  Liner at the end that contained the phrase "At WEUP....full of musical praise", and then back into more black gospel music.

It has to be WEUP.

As of November 3, 2018 WEUP's slogan was "Talk and Gospel 94.5".
Perhaps, their slogan changed?

Sure this isn't 1550 kHz WVAB Virginia Beach, VA. Their slogan is "The
Praise".

Or, 1650 kHz WHKT Portsmouth, VA as they also use "Praise" in their slogan.

Or, 1190 kHz WLIB, NYC, NY as their slogan contains "Praise".
