[IRCA] 10 Nov Victoria version.

Another step down, with mostly Japanese today. Again, nothing was strong for very long, plenty of fading.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK 1454UT

747 JOIB 1428UT

774 JOUB 1424UT

828 JOBB 1501UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

873 JOGB //774 1431UT

972 HLCA woman in Korean 1432UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

567 JOIK //594 1442UT

612 4QR two DU English 1443UT

693 JOAB male choral music //774 sneaking through the 690 splatter 1439UT

891 JOHK //594 1432UT

954 JOKR man and woman in Japanese 1425UT

1503 JOUK //594 1454UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

576 2RN pips and ABC fanfare 1500UT

864 pop vocal, woman in Japanese? 1429UT

1134 woman talking, Japanese intonation 1456UT

1242 Japanese? talk by man 1435UT

1422 two women talking, Japanese intonation 1506UT

1566 man talking, Chinese intonation 1436UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

  558 585 603 621 711 738  837 909 918  1053 1098 1206 1287 1359 1386  1458 1575 1593 seemed to be Asian;
702 756 seemed to be DU

best wishes,

Nick
