Thanks very much for the information about 1431-Mongolia apparently going dark,

>From the first DXing session here I knew that something was wrong, since they were a regular S9 signal around 1630 in the Cooks. Right now here in Poipu the frequency is a furball (as John B. would say) at the same time, even in great Asian propagation.
