[IRCA] WDDZ-550 to be off

I need to fix an RF relay at WDDZ-550 at about 10pm EST, so it will be off
for a while.  If the gods of repair are good to me, it won't take over an
hour.  Sorry I didn't give you more notice.  It failed this evening.
