[IRCA] Local Station

Hello,

 

My local station KXMG 1150 kHz is on a full power with a open carrier.  Transmitter is located about 6 miles Southeast of my location.  Next closest transmitter is KPAM about 8 miles away, also in Southeast direction.  Both stations studios are in Oregon, but transmitters in Washington.  Is it the DXers choice whether it's Oregon or Washington?  Pat bet your happy that it is going to be FM, instead of AM.
