The carrier is just starting to fade in again at 00:08 UTC. The splatter
from 1700 makes 1710 tough here on the South DKAZ, otherwise audio may have
been possible last night.
Mark, you'll go nuts trying to chase offsets on 1710. It's not exactly a
frequency known for rock-steady transmitters :-)
