Re: [IRCA] 1709.83 mystery carrier, Argentina?

Had nothing here until about 3 minutes before local sunset (2337 utc), 
then a trace carrier appeared over the next minute or so. It's been up 
and down in strength, not even close to audio levels. The carrier is 
drifting around some, moving erratically upwards from 1709.83 to 
1709.835. Now (2356 utc) it's drifting slightly back down again.

No other station is dominant currently on 1710. I'm also seeing a very 
weak trace at about 1709.955.

Are there other offset lists besides the one at MWLIST?
