That certainly could be the case. Being almost due
east of KSL, they have always been a tough null. I
believe I logged one Mexican station on that
frequency, that's it. The null was really tight, as I
recall. I haven't had the good fortune of catching
them in a SP. Now that I think of it, I may have
logged the Cuban during a DXpedition east of Denver in
the mid 90's. As I recall though, KSL was very strong
off the back side of the BOGs. The beverages were
typically oriented from 105 to 120 degrees.
