[IRCA] OT turkeys

Happy Thanksgivings to all.

BUT  why cant you buy a 15 lb turkey ? 
There are none to be found in any store.  Where I used to
live I got 5 fliers from stores all they advertised was 
up to 14 lbs  &  16 lbs and over.
A 20 lb turkey must live through 15 lbs or
is there something I dont know ??
I have asked this to many learned folks & never got an answer.
Must be a conspiracy..............
