I think some email readers default  to snipping out  previous messages if
it is more than a line or two, leaving just the new one .    So, it may be
a setting in your reader that needs to be changed, preferably on a one time
basis, as otherwise you'll probably see the hundred line header with all
the path information as well.

More knowledgeable people will certainly have a better explanation.
