Here on the west coast 738 is typically BEL1 (Taiwan Fisheries) in Penhu, Taiwan. 963 is typically CRI's Russian service.

At 1330 here the TP-DX conditions seemed like a repeat of yesterday, with the usual Koreans pounding in.
