Don't forget that there are no commercials or even an announcer on an iPod..

Heck, the amount of wear on my car radio buttons in my teens was exactly
linear with the amount of commercials played. Hardly a new mindset.

I often listen to MP3s in my truck, even when I have AM/FM/XM at my
fingertips. I have probably 4,000 songs on my home computer and I'm
gradually filling the CDs with them. All formatted to match whatever mood I
happen to be in. Just like the kids, though the music certainly varies. No
cRap music here..
