[IRCA] TP 1 Dec Victoria version
A very dull morning indeed....
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not likely today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
an unreasonable expectation
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1566 HLAZ man in Chinese 1559UT; peaked about 15 minutes after local
sunrise.; best on north Flag
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
558 man mumbling, maybe island dialect
594 woman talking, sounded DU, definitely better on west Flag
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
594 774 seemed to be Asian;
756 882 891 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
