[IRCA] S. AZ TP/DU Oct. 10



Much poorer conditions this morning. Lots of hets over the whole band though weaker and only a couple produced decent audio. Much more domestic splatter today.

567 Japan chime 1300 utc faint

594 Japan 1236 utc male/female talk very poor; pips and chime 1300 utc very poor.

693 Japan pips and chime then talk 1300 utc very poor

729 Japan pips and chime 1300 utc very poor

747 Japan chime 1300 utc, traces of talk faint/very poor

774 Japan 1256 utc EE lesson poor (sync det);Â pips and chime 1300 utc then talk very poor

828 Japan chime 1300 utc very poor in heavy splatter

873 Japan chime 1300 utc very poor in heavy splatter; 1316 utc female talk very poor

972 S Korea 1244 utc male talk very poor

1053 Japan chime 1300 utc faint

1206 China (-36 Hz carrier) 1230 utc woman talk very poor

1332 China assumed, chime ("B" note!)Â 1300 utc very poor, multiple chime hets

1386 Japan chime 1300 utc faint, multiple chime hets

1449 Japan chime 1300 utc faint

1566 S Korea HLAZ 1232 utc female talk very poor; 1316 utc female talk very poor/poor; 1322 utc choir poor (sync det) lasting to 1335 utc then gradually fading, very poor at 1345 utc. (sunrise about 1325 utc)

1611 Australia 1330 utc mix of two or three persons talking, very poor. 1330:11-- 5 pips ("A" note), pause, then one pip, same note. Carriers on 0 Hz, +2 Hz, +22 Hz. (Very poor hets on the other expanded band freqs.) Audio lasted a couple minutes. (And was better audio on the R75 than on the FDM S2 recording.)
