[IRCA] TP 31 May Victoria version
Carriers were back this morning, and even a weak audio or two
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
and no
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
891 man talking 1217UT, DU English inflection; could use synchronous
AM, as by this time (local sunrise) there was no sign on anything on 890
1098 slow male singing 1110UT; man mumbling at
1130UT. Assumed Marshalls, as the carrier got stronger after
1130UT, yet no more audio.
1116 man talking quickly, sports announcer? DU English inflection 1144UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
nothing at any strength seemed to be Asian;
756 828 909 1035 seemed be DU
best wishes,
Nick
