[IRCA] TP 13 May Victoria version
Asians were pretty much it this morning, and few and far between
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1566 HLAZ woman in Chinese 1134UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 man talking, 1148UT, Japanese inflection
972 man talking, perhaps Korean inflection
1287 woman talking 1155 and 1159UT, Japanese inflection
1323 CRI weak but identifiable stringed music leading up to chimes
and fanfare 1158-9UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
828 1386 1503 seemed to be Asian;
675 756 891 909 1098 seemed DU
