[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 21 March 2017

    Exactly the same stations as yesterday in the audio department, but 
all with reduced signals:

594	JOAK	Tokyo, JAPAN	Fair with man in Japanese at 1301.

693    JOAB    Tokyo, JAPAN    Fair with woman and man presenting 
English lesson at 1257.

747    JOIB    Sapporo, JAPAN   Fair with instrumental music, time pips 
at 1300, woman in Japanese, //774 etc.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Fair-good with man during English lesson 
at 1257.

828    JOBB    Osaka, JAPAN    Poor-fair with woman in Japanese at 1301.

972    HLCA    Danjing, S.KOREA    Only reached audio briefly today, 
with man in Korean at 1257 for a couple of minutes.

1566	HLAZ	Jeju, S.KOREA	Much weaker today, with man in Japanese at 1259 
at fair level.

Still quite a few carriers today, but generally pretty feeble.   A bit 
more evidence of DU this morning.  No audio, but 1116 was close, and 
several X-band freqs had significant carriers.
