Another somewhat improved morning with audio from JOUB at 1112. Female speaking, better on peaks than yesterday. Long, deep fades again, audio deteriorating as sunrise approached.

Hets received on 594, 693, 747, 828, 963, 972, 1053, 1134 and a weaker HLAZ on 1566.

Once again 1422 appeared later in the morning, even with threshold audio. It sounded like a male speaking at 1257. The HLAZ het was noted with greater signal strength, no audio though at 1253.

The signal on 1422 weakened back to a het at 1312 and gone by 1325.
