Can one of the Rocket Scientists among us explain
this from the WWV web site:
Space weather for the next 24 hours is expected to be
minor.
Radio blackouts reaching the R1 level are expected. If space weather is expected to be minor, then what is a radio blackout reaching the R1 level all about? It doesn't sound good. Chris Black
