[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 12/17/16

It was another poor morning here.  Only noisy hints of a signal, but no audio, on 1566 kHz from 1325-1344 GMT (LSR 1337).  No other signals detected.  

I hope listeners closer to the senders are able to hear something.  Good DX.
