[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 4 December 2016

     The decline from the peak on Friday continued today, with the TPs 
down to the regular big guns.  Still decent in comparison to much of 
November though.


594    JOAK    Tokyo, JAPAN    Didn't reach audio until much later 
today, with man in Japanese at 1433.

693    JOAB    Tokyo, JAPAN    Man and woman with language lesson at 
1440.  The best TP of the day, reaching good level around 1457.

747	JOIB	Sapporo, JAPAN   Language lesson at 1440, //693.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Language lesson at 1441, //747 though a 
bit weaker.

828    JOBB    Osaka, JAPAN    Was only in audio for about five minutes 
today, starting around 1456 with language lesson.

1566    HLAZ    Cheju, S.KOREA    Nothing earlier, but came up to fair 
with man in Chinese at 1449.
