[IRCA] From Chris Kadlec-- The Top Ten Foreign Signals in Seoul

For those of us who have often wondered how the Asian big guns shake out in the center of Asia, here is Chris Kadlec's assessment of the top ten foreign signals in Seoul, South Korea. This is pasted from a Facebook conversation.

Gary DeBock (in Puyallup, WA, USA)

Pasted:

Top 10 non-Korean signals in Seoul (which leaves only China, Japan, Mongolia, and Taiwan) in no specific order:

873 (NHK R2, 500kw)
945 (CNR-1, 400kw)
981 (CNR-1, 200kw)
1017 (CRI Korean, 200kw)
1044 (CRI Japanese, 1000kw)
1089 (Liaoning Comprehensive, 200kw)
1206 (Yanbian Comprehensive, 200kw)
1323 (CRI Korean, 600kw)
1413 (KBC Fukuoka, 50kw)
1593 (CNR-1, 600kw)

1323 and 1593 pack the biggest punch locally and are mostly open frequencies, though 1593 has some real NHK issues and 873 has some DPRK issues.
