[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 11-24-16

Listened from 1349-1415 UT and heard lots of carriers with a few with audio. Interesting at 1403 UT all audio and most of the carriers were gone and my local sunrise is atÂ1413 UT. The carriers were: 594, 603, 657, 693, 729, 747, 774, 783, 819,Â828, 864, 873, 882, 972, 1044, 1053 and 1566.

774Â JOUB hrd at 1355 UT with talk. 
828Â JOBB hrd at 1356 UT with talk.
