Well calibrated or not calibrated at all, 4QD will stick out like a
sore thumb with its odd frequency. It's far enough off frequency to be
unique.

Only Asian found, but 9kHz channels were still occupied by primarily
British signals traveling across the pond in broad daylight. Those
didn't
quit until nearly 20 minutes after local sunrise in PEI.
