[IRCA] TPs in B.C. Canada - Nov 14 - 2005

I checked in at 1500UTC to find better than average conditions -
solid carriers and some audio on 567, 576, 585, 612, 639, 720, 738, 747(NHK),
756, 774, 783, 828(NHK), 846, 855.01, 972(korea), 1143.
Signals surged at about 1507UTC and faded slowly towards 1520UTC
