Needless to say, there was nothing quite as dramatic here as the recent DU audio received in Oklahoma, Michigan, Illinois and (gasp) near D.C. Asian signals improved somewhat over yesterday at this mediocre location but still seemed to be in a slight hangover after the recent solar tantrum. Once again it was primarily a Japanese and Korean big gun show, although late in the session some feeble signals showed up on 603, 657, 738 and 1503.
At my 1255 start time the usual regulars on 594, 693, 747, 774, 972, 1053 and 1566 were in and out with fair audio, although nothing seemed to stick around for very long. The restored Asian propagation brought back the 1566-Jammer after a 3 day absence, pestering HLAZ's Japanese service before bailing as usual around 1257. The big gun TP revue continued until around 1330, when 1134-JOQR and 1503-JOUK started coming out of the noise. The NHK regulars on 594, 693 and 747 managed good audio in and out until around 1400, while Increasing daylight around 1340 also brought up anemic signals from 603-HLSA, 657-Pyongyang and a presumed 738-BEL2. 972-HLCA and the 1053-Jammer both got a potent boost around 1340, with the 1053-Jammer hitting its best level of the new season (excellent) around 1347 here, pounding in at full ocean coast strength for some bizarre reason. Nothing else ever came close in strength this morning, but 972-HLCA did manage some very good peaks with its Korean music just prior to 1400. Overall the session was fairly routine except for the 1053-Jammer's blistering run.
1053 Korean Jammer Best jam of the new season (excellent) at 1347; strongest Asian signal of the session

1566 Pulse Jammer + HLAZ Restored Asian propagation restores the "buzzing bee" pulser at 1256 during the Japanese Christian service
