[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/27/16

It wasn't a good morning for hearing signals from across the Pacific.  No Asian stations were audible.  There were DU carrier signals (hets) heard on 612, 702, 729 and 891 kHz, all weak.  The strongest signal was the het on 1098, presumably from V2AB.

Receiver: Tecsun PL-380 with 8-inch FSL antenna.
