[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-25 (Preliminary)

Like Dennis I found low band propagation to be very good this morning but unlike Dennis' second tier Japanese stations, the big performer here was 657-Pyongyang. It pounded in with ocean coast strength at various times during sunrise enhancement here, especially with its 3 + 1 pips at the North Korean TOH of 1330 (Kim Jong Un has apparently decreed that North Korean time starts on the half hour, unlike his father, which followed the normal TOH system) . That 657 signal was by far the strongest level that the bizarre station has managed here for three years. A full session report will follow later.

657 Pyongyang BS Pyongyang, N. Korea Thunderous martial music, 3 + 1 pips and stern ID at the 1330 TOH; best signal here in the past three years
