[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/24/16

It was as if someone flipped the TP switch to off here.  There was a het on 558 kHz heard from the NW.  And a het from the WSW on 702 kHz, with a moment of barely audible woman signing at 1211.  I should have checked 9580 kHz as Radio Australia was broadcasting "Saturday Night Country" in parallel to 2BL at that time.
