[IRCA] 774 with excellent audio

Just listening to NHK2 at a very nice level (a 7 to 8 out of 10 on our west coast scale) with an English lesson at 06:37 UTC.  Not quite as strong as at dawn on the good days, but at least as good as on average days!....Walt Salmaniw, Vicjtoria, BC
