Hi Saul,

         I don't know, but I'm hoping to find out more in his next 
letter. I was in Pennsylvania a couple of weeks ago, and checked 1610 
- there was a station under an apparent local TIS/HAR (no ID), but 
the TIS/HAR station was too strong to hear much.
