[IRCA] Weak audio on 1314 kKz

Hello,

 

Weak audio on 1314 kHz.  Checked other frequencies and nothing heard.  Carrier on 1575 kHz.   Now audio is getting better on 1314 kHz, music and talk.  Palstar tuner helping tonight.
