[IRCA] 1020 in AB?

Had CWM music on 1020 u/KTNQ this morning around 6:15 PT (still dark); was a 
short bit about prescription drugs and the American market; called 
themselves "Oil Country".  Is this CKVH?  Cx to north quite good lately. 
CKUA-580 was in strongly yesterday morning just before 6:30 (almost an hour 
before sunrise), at times even with KMJ.  Fist time heard for me, usually 
it's Salmon Arm BC.
