[IRCA] JOUB 774 Fair 1:45 AM PDT

Hello,

 

It might be a good TP morning.  JOUB 774 kHz is in fair at 1:45 AM PDT.  A quick check of the splits revealed  no other TP's.  Antenna is the H-800 active antenna.  Hope to DX around 5:45 AM this morning.   Will raise the EWE and give it a go.  TP conditions have not been that good lately.
