[IRCA] TA carriers

0330-0430 10/24 UT
Strong carrier 153, weaker carrier 198, ambiguous carrier 216.  Problem
with 216 is that beacon CLB in NC also has its carrier on 216, and I DID
hear the CLB ident (which is not a bad catch in itself on WCNA).

0235 10/25 UT
Good carrier on 1314 with local on 1310 looped, possible carrier on  1215
much weaker, nothing on 1206 or 1323.

Exciting stuff!
