Another poor morning here. The only one except the powerhouses, was CRI
on 1323 in RR //963 at 1410 UTC. Not a good morning. It was better
before I went to bed after 1 AM. The JJ commercial stations on 864 were
quite good. They are only 3 KW from Northern Japan, but can do quite
well.
