The last few days have found some interesting, if not exotic, catches..
620 SK CKRM Regina 10/18 1815-1830 with c&w music & ID 1824 PDT,
then brief weather & ads. Noted 10/20 around the same time.
1230 CA KDAC Ft. Bragg 10/18 1845 poking thru hash with SS mx
//KLLK-1250. 10/20 they were noted as early as 1600 PDT and often atop
during the next hour.
1220 OR KCCS Salem 10/18 with ID easily thru KHTS & KNTS at 2000 PDT.
940 UT KNNZ Cedar City 10/19 0550-0600 PDT strong atop KWRU. ID
0559. News/talk
1390 UT KLGN Logan 10/19 1741 PDT atop with NOS mx & call letter ID.
1240 OR KTIX Pendleton 10/19 ID 2305 after news & into ESPN (along
with KQEN)..Looking for KEJO in Eugene or the new one in Redmond.
1280 OR KRVM Eugene 10/19 2330 PDT with local ID after BBC program.
Was in/out for 30 minutes prior to 2330. Pretty rare down this way.
970 MT KBUL Billings 10/19 2359 with mention of Billings in ad +
nice K B U L ID at 2400 PDT. Was trying to ID the SS station (which I
missed). KBUL was new with these calls. Heard as KOOK in the old days.
790 WA KJRB Spokane 10/20 ID thru QRM 0020 PDT. Looking for KGHL in
Billings.
610 CA KEAR San Francisco 10/20 1130 PDT with KEAR ID. No more KFRC
on AM.....Been there 80 years I'd guess...KEAR has quite a history as
well.
920 ?? Someone here with spanish/mexican talk 1810 PDT 10/20 mixing
with KIHM-Reno. Format change for someone?
1060 NV KKVV Las Vegas atop KBGN looping SE with show promoting some
Christian based auction in Vegas. Nice ID at 1754 10/20.
