[IRCA] DX Conditions 10/8

Greetings:

A big change this morning from strong Northern cx, to a mix of a few TPs
and DUs. Quite a few DUs in this morning, 4QR-612, 2PM-531, even a mix
of 3WV-594 and JOAK. Someone was behind HLAZ 1566 too, but too weak to
copy. Thailand 1575 was there but did not catch it on 891, mostlt 5AM
was on 891.
Nothing new, but an interesting morning.
