Yes, you got KRND which messes up Iowa pretty well here on good skip nights. 
I do strongly feel they switch to night power as they should. As for KJJL I 
got just enough to ID them on 1370 two years ago in superb (better than the 
past 2 days here) sunset skip cx, when they were Oldies and prior to the 
move to 1380. I have a bit more QRM on 1380 and have never heard them but 
certainly will pay attention to any SS I can note during appropriate sunset 
times.
