The OR coast is very rustic and rural yet. I hope it stays that way. hi.
Lots of visitors from all over the World visit the area, founded by
Lewis & Clark in the early 1800s. But only low pay jobs, so not a lot of
people move here. When I was at Clatsop College in the late 60s, Clatsop
County had 30,900. Today, almost 40 years later it sits at about 36,000.
Not a lot of change. We still had only 3 AM stations and we still do
today, but 11 FM s though today.
