At 0200Z 9/20, with WEFL Tequesta completely overwhelmed, 760 HJAJ was loud and clear on top of everything. There was QRM and some QRN as outer bands of rain from Rita are already swinging through here.
Slow deep fading over the next few minutes had locals came up with sports talk making further copy impossible. Then the cycle reversed...and so on.
