Alas, they only appear to be repairing the most "modern" receivers...their
web site has a list of what they do repair at
http://www.rldrake.com/tech/producthelp.html but those two are listed as no
longer supported. 

I thought I remember reading that someone bought their inventory of parts
and was offering repair services. If I run across the name I'll email you.
Maybe someone here might know who that is.

You may also want to check eham.com and look in the reviews section...they
list several people who do Drake repairs under the repair services category,
along with ratings.
