[IRCA] A word from your moderator

Hello to all! Seeing we've had a virtual flood of new members recently, I 
just wanted to stop in and say welcome!

We don't have many rules on [IRCA]; I'll post them (both of them) in detail 
around Sept. 30, when I think most of those who are planning on joining 
[IRCA] have done so - this is so as many as possible get that message. I 
have the [IRCA] guidelines posted on the IRCA Web site if you'd like to 
review them - browse to http://www.ircaonline.org, select either the Frames 
or Large type version of the page, and then "Mailing list guidelines" - 
once clicked, that will open in a new window. The guidelines are in the 
center of the Frames page and near the bottom of the Large type page.

To summarize, tho, the guidelines are common sense - treat other list 
members like you'd like to be treated, and keep things radio/DX related 
(after all, this IS a radio/DX list!).  If you have any problems or 
questions, e-mail me at lynn@xxxxxxxxx directly (so I'll be sure to see it; 
if you just add it on to a message, I might miss that) and I'll do my best 
to help you.

Also of note, to answer some possible questions - there is no IRCA 
membership required to join this list, and the IRCA BOD is NOT monitoring 
this list to see what goes on. If you would like to join IRCA, there is 
information on the IRCA Web site at http://www.ircaonline.org about 
joining, or you can e-mail ircamember@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx with your questions 
about IRCA. If you'd like to read thru the archives of this list (available 
to list members only), browse to
