Your subject mentions 1010 but you didn't say anything about that. KIQI has 
had a number of CP's over the years but never built any of them. They have a 
number of applications for upgrades at

Getting a CP is contingent upon KATD's (co-owned) transmitter site moving 
further away from them;

I'm glad to see that you didn't hear Santa Barbara; that means their night 
pattern (a major null in your direction) is working like it should.
