I don't think I would blame WRTH when the Mexicans play "Wheel of Fortune" to decide who gets what frequency on any given day.  1700 shows up on 1090 ... 1090 shows up on 1700 ... 560 goes to 550 then to 620 then to 1030 then to 620 ... 1700 shows up on 1030.  That's the reason the Federal Radio Commission took so many US licenses away in 1928.

 

As far as DXing goes, they're ... what word did I see used yesterday ... chaff?
