[IRCA] Re: TP carrier on 1098 - false alarm?

Well, it is 1340 UTC and the carrier is still there as strong as ever and does not show
signs of fading out. It is not there when I disconnect the antenna. So, it is not
coming from my receiver. It is possible it is something in the ether generated local
and I have been fooled by it. If is still here at 12 noon, I will know i have been fooled.
